The Streets are paved with Gold

In my dream this morning,
I was walking along a street lined with cars.
I was walking closely(alongside)the driver side of each car to get to my own.
An elderly couple were walking behind me.
When I finally got to my car I was trying to open it with my key fob and nothing was happening.
The woman of the couple pointed out the handle of the door was dented in.
Someone had damaged it and left.
I remember her face because she noticed my reaction was not what she was expecting.
I wasn't upset, it was just the reality of living in a sinful world and I guess I saw it as a fixable thing in comparison to consequences of heavier sins.
I woke up with the title of this post in my thoughts.

This earthly home with the dented car handles but especially the motives behind it will one day be long gone!
Even now we can forgive and live in love because of Jesus Christ.
Thank You Lord You forgave/forgive my sins, we can live in peace with/in You.
