My help comes from the Lord
Lately I've been having dreams where I am just doing life things (the journey) with different people (a lot whom I don't know).
In these dreams there have been people who just pass me by and then there have been ones who stand out because of their helpfulness to me.
Just out of the blue they step in and take over a project to help me.
Or they bring an encouraging word.
Or their presence brings great comfort to me.
This morning in my dream a young man came up to me and helped me with a small task and I remember stepping back and watching as he did.
I remember feeling surprised at his eager williness to just help me out in the small task.
It was refreshing like a cool breeze on a warm day.
Just taking it in.
Afterward he turned to a co-worker and sat down at a table with a man who reminded me of Jesus.
Maybe he(He) was.
This is His way of course.
To think of others, do for others.
“For God is not unjust so as to overlook your work and the love that you have shown for his name in serving the saints, as you still do.” Hebrews 6:10 ESV
“Contribute to the needs of the saints and seek to show hospitality.” Romans 12:13 ESV
Thankful for helpers who are like our Helper.
