How God led me to fitness and functional medicine Part two

I should say, how God led me to this form of fitness because I have been active in some form of exercise since my late teens.
Anyhoo, after a month of starting Pilates/Barre, my first appointment with my FMP happened.
She ordered numerous tests/bloodwork after the consultation.
Tests doctors never asked for.
I did decide to pay out of pocket for these tests which weren't that expensive.
Thankful to have that option!
God provides.
A thorough hormone test as well.
She shared the results and detailed information and room for lots of questions which she gave great answers and healthy, natural solutions.
She gave me a list of supplements (she uses Fullscrip).
I changed my diet(more daily greens). Added daily magnesium, greens powder, whole body collagen, high vitamin D with K, fish oil and a few more supplements.
And I cut back on sugars. Trying for 5g per item.
I found a great protein powder called Truvani that I drink most mornings.
I have regular chiropractor visits.
God has given me discipline for a long time when it comes to exercise so I go 5-6 days a week for all forms of pilates, barre, aerial.
He has provided it all, I just need to do my part.
My neck and back no longer give me grief, the migraines have gone, I feel great about the results.
I'm very, very, very grateful.
Getting enough sleep is also a must!
I've known about diet and nutrition for a long time, but this format for me has changed my life for the better.
And what is great about Pilates is you can do it anywhere. No machines required.
I pray more people can have stories like this.
For me this is miraculous and part of my daily life.
I do have more energy and balance and strength that I have a really needed this summer working in my garden, and all the other life things.
I'm no spring chick anymore, but God has good plans.
He is always wonderful.
