I was praying this morning and I had a memory come to me.
It was after my parents had just divorced and we were staying with my maternal grandparents until we found a house of our own to live.
My siblings(1 brother,2 sisters) and I were in my grandparents backyard playing.
My brother got this idea of tying me up to a tree and apparently my sisters went along with it.
Me,being the youngest, was often the "chosen one" for such folly.
They left me there and went inside.
I don't know how long I was there but I remember being afraid and very alone.
My grandmother eventually heard me or saw me(I was 5 or 6).
She came to my rescue and freed me.
I was so glad to see a face I truly trusted and knew how much she loved me.
I always felt seen and deeply valued and loved by my beloved grandmother.
How much more I feel and know I am seen and loved and valued by Most Devoted Beloved Faithful Father and my Bridegroom Jesus!
Who rescued me from the dominion of darkness and brought me into His Kingdom!
My Faithful Love Forever. Amen.
