May I always Linger in Your Presence
“One thing I have asked from the LORD, that I shall seek: That I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the LORD And to meditate in His temple.”
Psalms 27:4
This morning I woke up with reflection of my dream. It brings tears to my eyes pondering it. So much beauty, I remember bits and pieces, on the whole I know the beauty of the Lord was present.
It is a place you never want to leave. You want to linger there, you are grateful and just want it to last.
It had something to do with my eyes.
I pray it will become clearer to me. I know there was an emphasis on them, like possibly looking out with His eyes in a way. All I know is there was a difference, a spiritual presence that brought much delight, beautiful presence, not of this world.
I wanted to write it down to not forget.
It reminds me of the song "Let this Heart Not Wander."
"Let my eyes see nothing
Let my eyes see nothing
But Your glory, my Lord."
