Hi Grandma :)
I'm thankful today remembering my Grandma just the way I remembered her in this picture. This is her "Yipee!!" picture at one of her birthdays I was thankful to attend. I'm thankful I did not see her suffering before she died. Thankful for still seeing her precious face staring into mine and the scent of my beloved. Thankful for pictures to remind of moments just like this one. Thankful I could go to her funeral and see all of those who loved her as I do and did. Thankful for all of her yummy food and the love she poured into her garden and home. For all of the Thanksgivings and the laughter she brought into my life. For taking care of me when I was sick, for saying my name. Thank you Grandma.
