I'm a fan of both, but I really love the fact that I can bake or cook while listening to music! I have a nice speaker set up above my cabinets and I just plug in my phone and listen mostly to Pandora's stations. Getting back to Pizza! I love the true Italian pizza and would love to one day have my own pizza oven (I know that is a dream). It is all about the crust and the sauce, oh the cheese......... Anyway, my mind got lost in the cheese. Another favorite pizza of mine is Pesto and Roasted garlic and roasted potatoes....

I'm so thankful there is so much variety in our diet, so many choices and delightful sugar plum fairies dancing around in my kitchen as I cook, or maybe that is just me dancing in my kitchen.
