Happy Father's Day!!

Tough job!!
But, someone has to do it.
So, if you are a father, and you love your children by spending time getting to know them,
getting to learn about their likes and dislikes,
their quirks and expressions,
if you really desire to be there for them.
I would say thank you!
Fathers have a huge influence on their children for sure.
And they make mistakes, and maybe lose it from time to time.
But, to admit your faults to your children is amazing and needed.
I remember a class mate of mine named Melissa Roberts.
She was always smiling and had a wonderful attitude!
She was always talking about her father and how wonderful he was.
I mean, all of the time.
I envied her, since I didn't have that. My father was not there, and I could do nothing but smile for her happiness.
I love my dad, and he is his own person, meaning he is who he is.
I know he loves me.
But, actions are important, not just words.
Anyway, I know I am not alone, and there are many people out there who have it so much worse.
I am thankful.
So here's to you Dads!
As my Grandma who passed away last year and is so very much missed would say...
"God Love Ya"!!!

I used to see them and talk with them (at their merch table) at Purple Door festival here in PA. That's when I became a fan. Even then they were the best group at the show (including POD and others).
