Beautiful Letdown

Yes, it can be.
And sometimes not.
Sometimes it is the hardest letdown that wakes us up.
Smell the real world.
Without the thrills and smiles.
Without the dough and show.
I know this doesn't make any sense.
It does to me.
I love my brother-in-law.
I just got off the phone with him.
Talking about the life plan.
Talking about love and whys.
I can still see him sitting on his motorcycle and hoping he would be good for my sister.
He didn't disappoint me.
But, anyway, that one is going to keep me in tears for awhile.
And my sister brought out some old letters I wrote to her when I was 18 through 21.
I blabbed in them and talked more about music in them than anything else.
Except there was a lot of cursing in them which I didn't remember.
I liked looking through them, since I didn't keep a diary then.
I got to go back and remember things and see them written in my own hand.
Like, how I asked if she ever heard of a band called Depeche Mode. Wow.
I got a new hat, I love hats.
It is grey and like a cap.
Yeah.
I am going to go now and knit some more.
Ciao.
